The Gig Harbor Quilt Guild will be visiting and selling tickets for their raffle quilt. Bring cash to buy the winning ticket.
The fabric for the MQG Riley Blake Basics challenge has arrived and we were all ooo-ing and ah-ing over it at the Sew-In last Saturday. The orange “pop” is my favorite. The challenge reveal is in January so you have time to do both the Binary and the Riley Blake challenges. Once you see the fabric you’ll wish you had some, too. Lucky you – there are still few slots open. Sign up here.
Payment for the January Camp Burton retreat is due at the meeting unless you made other arrangements.
For homework, review the August and September minutes posted on the Meeting page. Take some time and think about how you’d like to contribute to the guild. There are opportunities ranging from board positions to committees.
Whew! That’s a lot of info. Just remember the important stuff – bring your nametag, your show-and-tell, retreat payment, and cash for those raffle tickets. And come to the meeting on Wednesday!
