Latifah Saafir‘s visit to Seattle is coming up quick! Have you registered for one of her workshops yet? There are still spaces available in Molehills (now open to non-SeaMQG members also!).

While she’s in town, Latifah will be presenting a lecture to our whole group on Being True to Your Inner Artist. It’s an exploration of tips and insights to tapping into your own voice as a quilter. Learn practical techniques on how to tune into yourself and trust your instinct and vision. Plus, she’s got lots of beautiful quilts to show off!

The lecture will be held on Saturday April 9th at 7pm at the Red Lion Hotel in Bellevue (11211 Main Street, Bellevue WA). We’ll be in the Ravenna room near the lounge. This lecture is free of charge for all members of the Seattle MQG. Guests are welcome for a $10 fee at the door (cash, check or Visa/MC). I believe she is going to try to have some of her Clammy rulers and printed patterns for sale as well.
