It’s a new year and time for new things, or at least some new good ideas to start on.  I just wanted to say thank you from your 2015-2016 board for a great year of modern quilting in the guild! We were able to enjoy one another’s company at sew-ins, quilt shows and retreats, classes, meetups and meetings and little shop-hops along the way, too! We have worked hard and had fun making our guild move along, grow and get members more connected. Modern quilting is what we do and what we like getting better at but it’s always more fun when you have friends along the way.

So as we start the new year (and a new Sea MQG board, too) let’s make a toast to our creative endeavors and accomplishments big and small, finishes and techniques learned, inspirations we gathered and the getting together to make it more special. Thank you for all you do to make the Seattle Modern Quilt Guild an amazing group of creative makers!
