Are you planning on attending the sew in this Saturday (August 18th, 2018) at the Greenwood Senior Center? The sew in will be from 10:30 am – 5:00 pm in our usual meeting room at the GSC. Bring a project or three and enjoy a fun day of sewing with your guild mates.
We will need ironing boards, irons, and large cutting mats to share – If you are able to bring any of these items, please sign up HERE
This would be a great time to use the guild’s AccuQuilt GO! die cutter. If you are interested, check in with Kathleen (secretary@seattlemodernquiltguild.com). A list of the available dies can be found on the resources page HERE.
Please bring extension cords and power strips if you plan on bringing your sewing machine, we will have the usual guild supplies but please bring yours along just in case.
If you have vintage or antique quilts that you would like more information about (pattern, circa date, etc.) or advice about repair/stabilizing, bring them along. Matt would love to chat with you about them!
Hope to see you there!
