In the light of the pandemic and virtual meetings we are moving forward with a different format for charity quilts for this year. Members will send in scrappy blocks made from their own stash. The blocks can be mailed in or dropped off.

The theme for the first quilt for 2021 is HOME. Since most of us have been spending time a lot more time at home the idea is to make a house quilt block using your own scraps. The size, color and type of block is up to you. It can be as simple or elaborate as you wish. There is no restriction on the type of block either. It can be pieced, appliqued or foundation paper pieced. Avoid extraneous embellishments such as cording, beads, etc. that might make it hard to quilt.
